Bookings/Cancellations for "Together"Courses

will mail you a booking form, on request.
We find that the courses tend to book up early, so there is no provision for simply turning up on the day. Only those who have duly booked may attend. Early booking is advisable, even for a Saturday as much as six months before your wedding date.

Getting a Booking Form is not enough; it must be completed & returned!. If you just get it and then simply file it or forget about it, your places are not reserved. We'd assume you changed your mind, and assign your non-booked places to another couple.

Confirmation of your booking will normally be emailed at least a week before the course date, if on the booking-form you give a valid email address (which we will use for no other purpose, and disclose to no other party.)

Postal Confirmation of your booking is sent to you only if this is requested and you provide an S.A.E. A simpler procedure is: keep your cheque-stub for reference, and on back of your cheque, write the course-date you've booked.

Cancellations: Phone us before course date, to explain your situation. We will try to help you transfer to another course date, if that is your preference. However... Transferring to another Date may not be possible, if bookings are very heavy. Often, courses are fully booked, more than two months in advance of the date, so that cancellation and full refund may be the only available option.

"No-Show": Simple failure to turn up on the date you have booked is an inadequate form of cancellation. Food and space will have been set aside for you, expecting your arrival. In that situation, and if you request it with an SAE, half of the course fee will be returned.

Late Arrivals: Please be sure to be registered and seated by 09:20 ready for start of our first session. Very late arrivals can inconvenience the other couples and the first speaker. If delayed in traffic beyond a certain point, you can phone our help-line at 087-820-4156.
